We design and build custom interiors: kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, commercial spaces, wall panels, countertops, and one-off furniture. German machinery, European-standard materials, made here in Kosovo, for clients at home and across Europe.
How It Works
- Where
- Gjilan, Prishtina, or around, ideally. Remote by default, we ask you be at the factory at least once a week, plus the occasional ad-hoc visit when a project needs it. You always get a day's notice.
- Schedule
- Part-time or full-time, whichever fits your life. Flexible, we care that the design is good and on time, not which hours you sat at your desk.
- Start date
- 1 October 2026.
- Contract
- Indefinite, with three months to get to know each other.
What You Will Do
Design
- 2D layouts and 3D renders for our projects: kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms, commercial interiors, wall panels, countertops, custom furniture.
- Finish each design on time and hand over the editable source files, not just exports. Everything lives in our project system, if it is not there, it does not exist for the factory.
- Renders for our catalog of signature products. They end up on our website and social media.
With clients and on site
- When necessary, visit customer sites to supervise the work and answer questions, during design and during assembly.
- When necessary, talk to clients directly, explain your decisions, take their feedback and revise.
- When necessary, travel to a client abroad. We cover the trip and pay a daily allowance.
With the team
- Be reachable during the day to clarify design choices and measurements, and to unblock the production line, so nobody in the factory is stuck waiting for an answer.
- Walk the team through a design before it goes into production.
Who We Are Looking For
- You draw accurately and render beautifully, and you know the difference between a design that looks good and one that can actually be built.
- Detail-oriented.
- Reliable with deadlines, and fully transparent when they can't be met.
- Comfortable talking to clients. English is a plus, a good part of our work is with clients abroad.
- Driven, and genuinely into this work. The role gives you a lot of room, and that only works with someone who runs with it.
- Always evolving - learning, improving, adapting.
